Connect movement with food

CDC describes weight management as involving both physical activity and energy intake. A workout alone is not a guarantee of weight loss. Choose movement you can return to and observe your eating habits without expecting an immediate result.

Choose a manageable first session

In the quiz, select Lose weight, your experience, location and available time. Check the video’s length and content before starting. Beginners do not need the hardest routine every day. Consider recovery and limitations when choosing the next workout.

Record portions with context

In the food diary, enter the food and its weight. Distinguish dry from cooked ingredients. For a custom product, copy the label’s values per 100 grams. Check the date so the portion appears on the correct day. A calculation depends on the accuracy of its inputs.

Use numbers as a guide

The daily calorie target in PULZ is an estimate based on the information you enter. It does not measure your metabolism, and workout calories are not a precise measurement of energy expenditure. When reviewing your progress, also consider consistency, energy and whether the plan fits your life.

Do I need to hit the exact calorie target every day?

The app’s estimate is not an exam to pass. Days vary and records may be incomplete. Use Contact if you want an individual food plan; health-related dietary needs should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.
